Tiffani McIntosh was hired in July 2020 to be a staff accountant. She comes to CATCH with a wealth of experience and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from NHTI. She previously worked as an auditor for the NH Lottery Commission in Charitable Gaming with a mission to raise funds for public education and local charities.
At CATCH, she is responsible for financial monitoring and activity of the Housing Partnership Portfolio and Renarl Property which consists of 14 separate entities. Maintaining positive relationships with the property ownership and working on audits and budget to actual monitoring are her key responsibilities. She works directly with the rest of the finance staff as well as property management and ownership to collaboratively ensure timely, accurate monthly closings of all entities.
Tiffani says, “I enjoy being a part of the company’s mission statement and ensuring that every person is confident of a home.” She is a mother of four children with the oldest currently serving in the US Navy. A few other interesting facts about Tiffani are that she owns a local country market in East Concord, is a licensed foster care provider in the State of New Hampshire, and is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician.
Justin Eck moved to Concord from Long Island to attend New England College and loved the community so much that he decided to stay and start his career in Concord! He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in both Business Administration and Accounting, completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. He was hired in July of 2020 to be a staff accountant for CATCH.
Justin joined the team at CATCH because, “I thought it would be a great opportunity to expand on and apply my skills from my
previous job as a professional tutor at New England College. The atmosphere at CATCH is great for me to develop and grow my career as an accountant. The best part of my job is having the ability to take all the skills and techniques that I learned from school and apply it to my everyday career!”
On a daily basis, he is responsible for the financial activity and monitoring of the CATCH portfolio. Each week, he is responsible for maintaining positive ownership relationships and reviewing all the financial transactions of the portfolio. He’s also in charge of handling bank deposits and all CATCH Portfolio audits. He also works collaboratively with the finance team to maintain communication, assess any problems, and review each other’s work to maintain checks and balances.
We are thrilled to have both Justin and Tiffani join the CATCH team!
